May 19th
, Yoga Brunch with Inga Rouches
11am - 2pm, an hour and a half Asana Practice in the Barn Loft followed by
brunch served in the Garden Kitchen Shed, prepared by the Carsons utilizing the Skagit
Valley's own produce. $55/person


July 27th
Lunch in the Garden - Ted Furst, and Albie Bjornberg of La Conner's Nell Thorne

Preparing a meal roasted in Portuguese Barro Negro bakeware, a high fired and unglazed earthenware pottery traditional to the northern region of the country. A wine tasting to accompany, featuring European blends, their varietals, as well as a vertical tasting.
All to take place in the Garden Kitchen Shed where we will enjoy the prepared meal together.

August 10th & 11th
Bitters Co. Summer Open House - featuring Markee Family Homemade

George & Charlie (sons) premiering their organic cotton and linen 100% hand sewn outfits, jacket and pant. Their work opens upa world of discovery and possibility, exploring and perfecting hand sewing techniques; both functionally and aesthetically. IG @markeehandmade

Shelli (mom)
will be showing her exquisite hand crafted brass & silver jewelry along with her unique steel wire sculptures and her colorful, whimsical wool yarn creations. IG @shellimarkee

Brent (dad)
showing his collection of raffia & raffia/wool blend woven hats, simple and timeless unisex pieces. Exhibiting too his small, accent lighting fixtures of blackened steel and woven raffia. Also introducing bold, round woven cotton bathmats. IG @brent.markee



August 25th

Moving Between Worlds, Refreshing Easeful Movement with Andrea Olsen and Caryn McHose
of
Body and Earth International
Andrea and Caryn recognize that place is intricately interconnected with our moving, breathing, bodies.
This indoor/outdoor workshop links Experiential Anatomy & Structural Integration with Authentic Movement & Qigong
as ongoing resources for creative living and forming.

The workshop will take place in the Bitters Co. Barn's open hayloft studio as well as in the orchard and garden areas of the property. Brunch will be served in the Garden Kitchen Shed, opening onto the garden, the farmland and distant mountains. Prepared in house, brunch will feature the seasonal bounty of surrounding Skagit Valley farms and producers.

Please join us for this full day workshop, including brunch, from 10:00am - 4:30pm. 20 spaces available.

September 14th - October 12th
On Paper - an exhibit of drawings by Susan Bennestrom, Amy Carson, & Whiting Tennis
Opening reception with the artists, Saturday the 14th, 3-5pm, with music performed by Whiting's band.

October 5th
Bitters Co. 17th Annual Harvest Dinner with Seattle's Mamnoon Restaurant presiding,
with their Levantine cuisine.

We are happy to make a refund, less a $10 processing fee, made prior to Aug.1. After the 1st we will do our best to resell the seat (there is often a waiting list). If we can resell the seat(s) we will make a refund, less a processing fee of $10.
