11am - 2pm, an hour and a half Asana Practice in the Barn Loft followed by
brunch served in the Garden Kitchen Shed, prepared by the Carsons utilizing the Skagit
Valley's own produce.

July 27th, Cuisine in the Garden Shed with Ted Furst

Cooking with Portuguese Barro Negro, cookware of high fired, unglazed clay. Wine tasting to accompany.

The class and tasting will be held in the Garden Shed, with the prepared meal to be enjoyed following. Further details to follow.

August 25th, Moving Between Worlds, Refreshing Easeful Movement
with Andrea Olsen and Caryn McHose of
Body and Earth International

Andrea and Caryn recognize that place is intricately interconnected with our moving, breathing, bodies.
This indoor/outdoor workshop links Experiential Anatomy & Structural Integration with Authentic Movement & Qigong as ongoing resources for creative living and forming.

The workshop will take place in the Bitters Co. Barn's open hayloft studio as well as in the orchard and garden areas of the property. Brunch will be served in the Garden Kitchen Shed, opening onto the garden, the farmland and distant mountains. Prepared in house, brunch will feature the seasonal bounty of surrounding Skagit Valley farms and producers.

Please join us for this full day workshop, including brunch, from 10:00am - 4:30pm.

Join us on May 19th for our Yoga & Brunch event!

Enjoy a 90 minute gentle, intuitive, and strengthening yoga class lead by Inga Rouches
of River Tree Yoga in the Barn Loft followed by brunch prepared in house with local farm fresh ingredients, served from our Garden Kitchen Shed.

Yoga begins at 11:00am and continues to 12:30pm, brunch follows.

"My practice and teaching is gentle and accessible to all levels. We connect to our breath and listen to our body. I give lots of options during asana practice and you will here me say 'find what feels good in your body' often during class. I love using props: blankets, blocks, pillows, and chairs to help us access different shapes without over stressing our bodies. This yoga is about connecting inward and sensing and feeling.
