Recognizing that place is intricately interconnected with our moving, breathing, bodies, this indoor/outdoor workshop links Experiential Anatomy & Structural Integration with Authentic Movement & Qigong as ongoing resources for creative living and forming.

Brunch will be served in the Garden Kitchen Shed, opening onto the garden, the farmland and distant mountains. Prepared in house, brunch will feature the seasonal bounty of surrounding Skagit Valley farms and producers.
