Martim Santa Rita creates these visually intriguing guinea fowl. Each is hand thrown and built. The pattern of dots is carved out with great care. The final raku firing darkens each dot and gives the birds a unique overall crackle pattern. As the birds are burnished before firing they end up with a hand feel of marble.
